Perfect location right in the middle of everything you need. You can walk everywhere you want to go, a lot of things to do, shops and bars to visit in a couple of minutes up to 15 minutes walk. We had awesome time in Portland and the hotel definitely helped us to have even better experience. Plus the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was really nice too!

This was our second stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very courteous and professional, especially the parking valets. I was quite impressed with the patience and professionalism of the desk clerk in dealing with a very difficult guest. We like the layout of the hotel and the location in downtown Portland is excellent. The EV charger for our vehicle was a real plus and one of the key reasons we chose the Hyatt for our stay.

We loved the location. The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room and bath areas. The valet parking was worth the fee. Our car was secure, and we didn't have to worry about feeding the parking meter. We spent two days wandering the Old Port on foot. The only food we had was in the bar. Poutine. Handcut French fries, cheese curds, and gravy. Very tasty. Friendly staff....

A very nice hotel in an excellent location for exploring Portland on foot. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The small bar was a great place for a night cap before retiring. Valet parking is available, but at $40 a day plus tip, a little pricey for a guest. Breakfast was just OK as the hot selections were limited to eggs, hash browns, and turkey sausage. But the breakfast was included so you do not expect too much. All in all, I was quite satisfied and will likely return the next time I need to be in Portland overnight.

Chose this hotel based on the location. Did not disappoint! Hotel was beautiful, complimentary breakfast. Got a free drink for the first night from there full bar. Note the drinks are limited for the free voucher! Rooms are clean spacious and have excellent views of the city (depending on which room of course). Has a nice pool very relaxing stay! They also offer parking for a fee but you can come and go as you please which was very convenient!

Wish I could put into words how happy we were with Hyatt Place. Every time we left or came back, staff would always smile and welcome us back. Alex was amazing with answering questions or offering suggestions for dining and things to do. All the staff were amazing. But Alex, and a gentleman with glasses and mustache were the ones we dealt with the most. And the lounge was OUTSTANDING! The bartenders were all attentive, drinks were tasty, and the food boards were delicious!
